Your health teacher has given you an assignment to research the nutritional value of McDonald’s food items. You are required to write a paper and have a visual representation. You need up-to-date information on this topic.
Assignment:
Write to the Director of Nutrition at McDonald’s Corporation. Introduce yourself and tell why you are writing. Explain your assignment and tell the director that you are taking on the role of a nutritionist. Request information on the nutritional value of all their food items, and ask that he send you booklets, pamphlets, and websites that would be helpful. Make sure that you indicate that you have a deadline (Dec. 14th). End your letter with a thank you and a closing thought.

Situation:
You receive an offer in the mail from the Race Credit Card Company for a credit card in which all balance transfers will be subject to a 2.9% interest rate for one year. After three months, you receive a statement and notice that the interest rate has jumped to 4.9%. You call the 1-800 number on the statement for customer service, and the person who takes your call rudely tells you that you were mistaken about the terms of the initial offer, and that you must pay the 4.9% interest rate.
Assignment:
