Write to the Director of Nutrition at McDonald’s Corporation. Introduce yourself and tell why you are writing. Explain your assignment and tell the director that you are taking on the role of a nutritionist. Request information on the nutritional value of all their food items, and ask that he send you booklets, pamphlets, and websites that would be helpful. Make sure that you indicate that you have a deadline (Dec. 14th). End your letter with a thank you and a closing thought.</p>

After three months, you receive a statement and notice that the interest rate has jumped to 4.9%. You call the 1-800 number on the statement for customer service, and the person who takes your call rudely tells you that you were mistaken about the terms of the initial offer, and that you must pay the 4.9% interest rate.</p>
<p>Assignment:<br />
Write a letter to the credit card company explaining the situation and requesting redress. Include a copy of the introductory letter and the original statement describing the terms of the credit card. The name of the person to whom you will write, along with the address, is as follows:</p>
